Enjoy £100 each when you recommend our landlord services to a friend.
√ Recommend a friend to sign up for our full management service and, if they sign up, we’ll give you £100 (inc VAT) each!
√ Whether the property is still to be brought to market, or whether it is currently with another agency, we will make sure the process is simple.
How does it work?
• If you’re a Happy Lets Landlord, you can recommend your friends and family to use our full management service for residential lettings.
• Simply contact your property manager or email enquiries@happylets.co.uk confirming your name and managed property address and we will send you more information about the offer which you can forward to your friend.
• If they have a property which is unmanaged and yet to be let, they must sign up for our full management service within 30 days of being referred. If they are currently letting a property with another agency and are unhappy with the management of the property, they must complete the ‘Switch Happy’ process within 90 days of being recommended (your receipt of the recommendation offer)
• We will then issue a credit note to you and your friend for £100 (inclusive of VAT) and will credit your property accounts within 7 days of the first rental being collected on the newly signed property. The payment will be remitted along with any rental held and less any fees/commissions due on the account.
