I have been a tenant for over 4 years and during that time I have always had prompt, friendly and efficient service from all the staff. I have found the staff particularly helpful when arranging for repairs and access for repair men. This has always been sorted out while I've been at work so that I have had minimum inconvenience and disruption. The house checks too have always been carried out while I have been at work so I haven't had to take any leave. Thank you to the staff and well done.
